Our sense Organs

Our sense organs are the body ‘s windows to the outside world. They are skin, tongue, nose, ears and eyes.our senses organs have a special ability to pick up information and send it to the brain. The brain decides and gives order for the right action or response to all the organs of the body.
Eyes
Our eyes help us to see things. They act like a camera. They are very sensitive and can differentiate the shapes, colours and sizes of the things around us. Our eyes have eyelids and eyelashes so that dust cannot enter them. We have eyes at front of our head. This helps both the eyes to look at on object. Our brain produces a thre-dimensional image. We can see where a things is. We can see how far it is from us . we can also see how fast something moving. When there are no lights, we cannot see much at first. Slowly, we can see more objects in the dark. It takes our eyes about 20 minutes to adjust to darkness.
Ears
Our ears help us to hear sounds. An ear has three parts: the outer, middle and the inner ear. They also control the balance of our body. Deaf people control the balance of our body . deaf people cannot  hear. They use sign language to ,talk, to others. They make different hand signs to tell others  what they are saying.

Tongue
Our tongue helps us to taste things. These tastes can be sweety, salty, sour or bitter. The tongue has small pores called taste buds on it. The tongue helps us digest our food. The tongue also helps us to speech.

Nose
Our nose helps us to smell things, and breathe.it tells us if a things smells good or bad. Our nose can differentiate between 10,000 different smells. The nerves in the nose pick up the smell in the air and send signal to the brain. The brain reads the signal and tells us what kind of smell it is.
We cannot smell very well when we catch a cold. Dogs have a very good senses of smell.
